It takes minimum 3 years to rebuild any program outside the blue bloods.

But usually closer to 4. Due to missions and the way BYU recruits that process takes 6-7. Kalani has done it in 4. CB is so 2 faced. Everyone agrees missions and the HC make recruiting difficult but completely disregard those barriers when passing judgment on our own coaches. Tuiaki has a big problem with consistency and game prep. Probably to a level he should be reassigned. Recruiting is not a weakness of him or Kalani.
