I went round and round on this topic on twitter last year with a Molly

that said adolescents should be taught to go along with this.

I argued it is absolutely great but only if the babysitter knows before hand that is the expectation and volunteers. And Pay Rate is ageed to up front as should be the case in all labor negotiations. Negotiated items # of kids, age of kids, special needs Pay rate per hour.

This after the work is done is complete GARBAGE.
