coaches were ever given. Recruiting is a multi-year process and without the same tools as other coaches have had, our guys have been disadvantaged.

They now have the B12 brand and a larger staff, it will take some time (especially with missions), but our recruiting will improve.

I simply don't understand the expectations of some CBers. They somehow aren't happy with a top 20 ranking with recruiting classes in the 60's and 70's. They somehow want a top 5 finish. They set themselves up for disappointment and then bring this disappointment to the board (and then are surprised when other Cbers tire of their unreasonable expectations).

We're 24-5 over the last 2 plus seasons and CBers are calling for Tuiaki's job. I just don't get it.
