If you have enough of a knowledge of the game and the rules to recognize that

there were problems with the officiating at the game then I am extending an invitation to you to become an official. It's that simple.

I did not say "If you are criticizing the officials and don't officiate yourself you should just sit down and be quiet."

I simply extended an invitation.
