I struggle with depression too. Some days I just don't understand why I'm even here and that I could be so much better than I am. But I have learned that I need to hold on to the little victories in life to keep me from going there.

Little victories like going and getting my favorite food, or watching a movie I like, or just going to give my little girl a hug. It is hard to appreciate those when the world seems so dark, but for me it provides enough light to make me want to stick around.

Hold tight man. Medical tech is advancing at a CRAZY pace. Perhaps a more effective treatment is just around the corner?
