Another valuable quote from HP is that happiness can be found in the darkest of times if we can turn to the light. Get sunlight. Watch your daughter smile. And especially turn to the Savior, the Light of the World. Sometimes that last one may not feel like it works. When that happens I find gospel music helps to bring it back. And just like a spark that leads to a flame, you have to feed and care for the light that sometimes grows inside you. It is still there, even in the dark times.
