And EVs are much better cars on short range trips. EVs aren’t for everyone. But mine is great for me. I’ve put about 4K
miles on it so far. I have only done one road trip over 300 miles in that time. So I’ve only once in the last few months even come close to maxing out it’s range.
Meanwhile every day I drive usually under 50 miles and then charge for free daily. It’s been fantastic.
Sure some people travel 300 miles plus regularly and those people should not get an EV right now. But a lot of folks are like me and don’t travel that far very often and for us an EV actually makes more sense
