Without seeing an episode and more importantly getting an EEG, no one is going to be able to say anything definitive. The story is certainly suspicious. The best thing you can do is record some episodes and see her pediatrician.

Going in to the ER of a children’s hospital is a more nuclear option but I absolutely would not do that until seeing the pediatrician and if you still feel worried or unheard.
