that are similarly locked up by Geography. Obviously not as extreme as those places, but some of the same ideas. St George has done well with bike paths and trails, but city planning, zoning, building approval, etc. are just so bad. No consistency or forethought for planning for the future growth. Place has been growing fast for a LONG time.
