During regulation there us no waiting for chains to get set, there is inky waiting fir the linesman to mark from the sidelines. At that point, the clock is restarted why the chains are still being moved. In this game the clock was routinely re-started within 3 seconds of the play ending.

This was an aticity all around, and very well could have cost us the game.
