This is absolutely not the case. Lamb was helpful in the first few years, but he has worn out his welcome.
His recruiting philosophy stinks, his position groups have always been poor, the hockey style substitutions...clock mismanagement, contributions to the defensive scheme and philosophy, 2017...
I mean I'm not sure what you can point to that has been helpful.
He is responsible for the subs, that whole philosophy is abysmal.
Safeties suck, PFF grades and numbers for our safeties are all you need to know.
