Water, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat up in mic.
Maybe some lemon juice if you're feeling frisky. Helps mainly with sore throat but there's a good chance it'll help with sinus problems as well.

I'd also recommend zinc and Vitamin C as often as you can.

Sounds gross but letting your *ahem* system circulate can help get rid of any sickness.
