There has been a lot of norovirus here in our mission. Rest, gargling with mix

of salt water, honey, warm water. Decongestants as has been suggested. Remember, antibiotics do not treat viruses, they are only good for bacterial infections. Viruses just need to run the course.

I would also recommend a blessing! for both your sickness and the passing of your Mom! Prayers your way.
