stay with the names we hear locally.

I never said I don’t think we can hire a deep staff with legit experience; I just want to see it actually happen. “Hard to believe” doesn’t mean I don’t think it can happen or that we are trying. Once it does (if so), then that’s another step in the right direction! Let’s see if it does.
