He's had opportunities to leave for more money and hasn't taken them including

at Utah, his alma mater. Why is he taking this one at BYU, a school he probably doesn't like? He was STC at Utah when he left for Weber State, why would he basically the same job at BYU? Again, I doubt he's going to BYU for money because he would've left Weber State a long time ago if he simply wanted a pay raise.
