Amazon wants Tier 1. Or at least a near-peer Tier 2 situation (along the lines of what CBS/NBC ended up with in the B1G).

They're not opposed per se to ALSO getting the random late-season Arizona St/Stanford game and other filler that has traditionally been on the PAC12 Network, but it HAS to be an 'also', where those games can send as filler, supporting the bigger games

I assume that's what you mean when you say they don't want it, but just clarifying that's it's more likely a "we don't want that as our primary" than a "we have zero interest, not even as relative filler"
