Kyle has a bigger chip on his shoulder than most people I have ever seen.
You see it with some of the most elite coaches. They absolutely hate to lose more then he even loves to win. He is offended easily and a guy that is annoying to be around.
But all those strong personality traits drive him. My guess is he is terrible around to even play board games.
