In 2020 we started to see where the D was stealing offensive possessions...
...away from the offense to the tune of close to two drives a game. The problem continued in 2021 (got a little bigger) and then blew up this past season.
As for who, not knowing who the next guy is before you start trying to find him is no reason to stick with the guy who is failing. You go through the interview process and find him.
