I have never made $100 k per year. Most of my marriage my wife has been a stay at home mom, when sh has worked we always have made sure to have one of us at home with the kids. We never have had to pay for child care. We have always been able to go to every school activity our kids have had whether it was a Halloween parade, orchestra concert, athletic event, etc. We have very little overhead debt, all depends on your priorities, not your wallet.
