Being frustrated is one thing. Making it public on twitter is another
My only issue was the attempt at the public shaming of a beloved organization. Not sure what you or her expected for a response, but it looks tit for tat from my perspective.
Caveat: I haven’t read all the responses but the mods keep things pretty civil around here.
