The video says she started work at 8:20 and worked until 10:00 am when shet got a snack and made an errand. That is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

It looks like she started up again from 10:30 to 11:30 when she got lunch. That is another hour.

She then says she worked form 12 to 4:20 pm when she started playing games. That is 4 hours and 20 minutes.

7 hours, assuming she is super efficient the rest of time. That isn't doing a lot to me. Personally, I have never been an employee where I worked so little. When I have owned businesses, I would likely not be okay with working so little. So, to me, that seems like she isn't doing that much. You disagree. I'm willing to admit that it is possible there is more to it, like crazy efficiency or whatever, but it is at least reasonable to get the feeling she isn't doing a lot and then make a hypothetical argument based on that assumption.

To wit, if she isn't doing a lot, I am okay with the terminations even though I'm hopeful that she finds something productive.
