For an EV, you need the heated steering wheel &seats. Makes it so you don’t need
To turn on the cabin heater unless you have to to preserve miles in the winter.
You made the right call.

Just got off the phone with Ford. They are canceling all of the premium features for the high end EVs due to the chip

It's more likely a wiring harness shortage than chip. It's affecting all high end cars. All the manufacturers are
