VW/Porsche have a factory in Ukraine that makes the wiring harnesses
as well as some other parts and assembles some of their cars. Obviously, with the war in Ukraine, work at the factory has slowed significantly, creating parts shortages in the company (which affects VW, Audi, Porsche, etc). I believe other automakers had Ukraine plants, as well.

It's more likely a wiring harness shortage than chip. It's affecting all high end cars. All the manufacturers are
