LJ ran for over 6000 yds during his HS career and nearly 10 YPC.

He had a 2700 yd JR season and ran for a meager 2100 yds as a SR. He is a perfect RB for BYU's offense. You can't tackle him if you go too high or try and arm tackle. Fantastic patience in traffic. He reads his blocks extremely well, best since Unga. He's also very shifty for his size (or any size) but has great burst when he sees the hole. And finally he has great hands catching out of the backfield or on routes.
