It works for him because he simply doesn't get hit
Guys are bouncing off of him trying to make tackles and because he's so shifty it's hard to square him up. I don't think i ever saw him lower his head once to run over someone because he doesn't need to. If he can keep that up in colleg it will keep him durable.
