Funny thing is that real beef is in most cases healthier than plant-based
highly processed substitutes. If you’re on keto, you better not have more than one serving, as one serving contains 6 grams of carbs. So not only are they not filling, you can’t eat much and stay in ketosis. Granted you shouldn’t load up on meat anyway, but I’ll stick with that any day over pseudo-meat. Better way my foot.
