I don't see the issue with investing with friend, ward member etc. Would you rather invest with some idiot off the
street?
I will invest with people who I think it would make business sense to do so. If they happen to be in my ward so be it.
I would not invest with someone because of the sole fact they are in my ward.
Also, this basically suggests you should never invest or work with another member because they are somebody's ward member.
