My wife just had a similar experience…
She had both a CT chest/thorax AND a CT ABDOMEN/PELVIS during the same visit. One was read and reported in the patient portal that night. The other wasn’t read or posted for 2 days by a separate Radiologist. She was very nervous and thought the worst but everything was normal on both scans. Hopefully it’s just taking a few days to read and everything is fine.

The ordering physician has to confirm that he/she has reviewed the results before it posts to the portal.
