I've never seen it mentioned (yet) but yewts have ZERO wins vs Out-of-Conference P5 opponents in their two banner "Rose Bowl" years (BYU game included). That's zero wins in 4 tries.

Their comprehensive OOC record vs FBS teams over that span - They're 1 & 5. One FBS OOC win in the last two years. ONE. And that was SDSU who beat them the year before.

And they can't exactly count "proxy wins" from defeating schools in their conference who also beat P5 schools because the conference has also sucked hard over that span in playing OOC P5s.

To keep the illusion of P5 status on life support, the CRAP12 has largely been using past reputation and avoiding playing OOC games altogether. The Emporer can't continue to wear his "new clothes" for forever.

I'm a little shocked that, after all the grief yewts gave BYU over strength of schedule - as recently as 2021 - this hasn't been thrown back at them.
