The reason I ask is because this appears to be the future of Utah.
State leaders are planning for a high density, low landscaping future on account of housing prices and water shortages. I’m just not sure that growth will continue if that’s the future though. Utah, has long enjoyed a high QoL that has been accessible for any socio-economic level. That’s a large part of what’s attracted people to Utah. But I fear Utah is about to become a playground for the wealthy. Hobby farms and mountain estates, with the masses crowded into a few urban centers.
