People want affordable housing. Unfortunately, high density is how you make it affordable.

I have a big house out West. I bought at a good time. If I had to buy today, I don't know if I could truly afford most SFHs. Not without going into a ton of debt, forgoing retirement/school savings (which I already can't do enough of), etc. People are out there spending more than half of their income on housing but you don't like condos, so they gotta deal with it.
