Utah can be a great place to raise teenagers, especially if they have had the experience of living outside of Utah to compare. In about 7 years our last kids will hopefully be gone on a mission, so my wife and I can vacate to warmer climes (my wife hates the cold weather and loves the humidity of the South). The good news is, we will probably be able o take out equity here and buy something outright there.
