Utah still has quite a ways to go.
Powell brings the average down significantly. With Powell the Utah reservoirs are at 32%. If we exclude Powell and Flaming Gorge we are at 55%. Last year we were at 54%.
Still some work to do. Hopefully run off pushes those into the 70s.
