An office building and was walking to my car when I saw another car reversing out of their spot and rear end the car parked behind them. They got out of their car to inspect the damage and then got back in to drive away without leaving a note. I saw them leaving so I quickly pulled out my phone and took a picture of their license plate. I could see them watching me in their rearview mirror, and they briefly stopped for a minute, then they sped away.

I wrote a note to the person who had been hit and gave them my cell phone number, and explained what had happened and told them I had the license plate. As I was putting that note in their windshield, I saw the other car that had fled, circling back by and when they saw me they sped off again. I waited around for about 20 minutes to see if the owner of the car ever came out, but they never did. Meanwhile, the car who hit them came by again, I’m guessing because they knew that I had written a note and they wanted to take the note. I eventually had to leave. The person who got hit never called me and I am guessing that the car who hit them removed my note after I left. I was so annoyed.
