Cyprus has it's struggles but not necessarily because of coaching, that I understand.
Skyline is similar. They are dealing with demographic issues more than "terrible" coaching.
West Jordan also is in the unfortunate geographical position to be close enough to just about any other top notch program that it's hard to keep talent there.
