The kid getting passed over actually changes....

I know a lot of QB's moving schools, starters at decent schools. Some moved because they were passed over. They can all move. It is tough, but some kids can decide to move or gut it out. Isaac Wilson was passed over for Brown, he thought about leaving but decided to gut it up (this is a legacy kid with D1 offers and a bro that was a newly drafted at #2). If Isaac can be jumped anyone can move.
