doesn't show up in team sports but why should it be different? Is school about a kid choosing the best school for development? The kid (the parents) should be able to choose the school. Making a kid pay in actual future employment because they can't choose their school has kept millions of children (and their future families) in poverty. It's also kept schools from developing programs that are best for the kids.
