Yeah, that was my big concern. I was at his house with friends when he told us

and a bunch of them were offering to work out with him every day and hitting the gym right away. I basically pulled him aside and said he needs to do it the right way and find a proper coach who can help him start safely and avoid injury. So far so good (knock on wood).
