Yep, it is the high, but it is a controlled dose — this was available in a lot of states before MJ started
being legalized everywhere. The arguments about the legalization of MJ wasn't about medicinal use — it has always been about recreational.
Now we got people all over the US experiencing Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome because they are using way more MJ then ever before. For every person that it is truly a help and god-send for there are probably 100 that honestly just do it for the high, end up abusing it and then have to deal with Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome — look it up, it is pretty nasty.
