no I think that for every 1 person that has a legitimate need for MJ medicinally there are probably 1000 that use it
with no legitimate need, of those 1000 that use it I think it is probably close to 10% that experience the issues with toxicity. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think MJ abuse has increased a bunch since it became legal.
