greatbam 1% better everyday
I’m currently still taking an antidepressant. I’m trying to be pretty..
controlled on THC use because I’ve read that you can build up a tolerance to it.

Plan is to get back into working out and only use THC when I really need it medically.

I asked my psychiatrist what he thought about THC and he said that “there’s no medical evidence to support it helps mental health” or something to that effect. He’s an older psychiatrist though so that might explain his thinking.

I also talked about it with my therapist this week and the therapist said that some in the medical community are just stuck in old ways or something to that effect.

My therapist ( he’s at least a couple decades younger than my psychiatrist) stated that they haven’t done THC so doesn’t seem especially biased one way or other.
