Pretty much this. Loosen the lug nuts by a .25-.5 inch each. Make sure they a
are still securely on so that the tire can’t come off. Then lower the jack. If necessary drive it 6”-36”. It should pop. If that doesn’t do it, angle the wheel on a driveway/slope and drive slightly.
