You think real estate investors fail at a higher rate than starting a business?
Where are these statistics. 20% of businesses fail the first year, 30% the second year etc. Link below. Real estate rentals have way higher success rate than that. BYW someone owning 1 million in real estate is way more common than someone turning 1-5 million in real estate. A homeowner that just bought a home in California and now many parts of Utah will have more than a million in RE equity by just paying their mortgage. That happens all the time.
