I like many of your arguments. But you are the one that changed the goal post

on this one. Not one time did the OP talk about flipping homes. It talked about people having success and challenges with rentals. '

You then link an article about flippers and another one that says 95% fail because they never buy a house. Those are not investors. That is hilarious. 99.9% of American Idol contestants failed because they didn't try out. 99.99% of cooks fail because they didn't start a restaurant. We could go all day with these "Stats"
