Seems like it's worth it for a 25 minute delay, but not driven it myself.
Hogan Pass looks like it has great views, and I personally love Utah and would want to see every last bit of it that I could if I had the time.

Ok, I've driven that stretch. I say highway 24 is superior; however, hwy 10 & 72 from price to Loa is an underrated
