Look at Utah, honestly. They have been one of, if not, the best Pac 12 schools on the field the last 5 years and they’re still considered mid-level…another 5 years and maybe…
But really BYU would have to win with regularity over the next 10-20 years, including playoff wins, to get even close to the level you are describing. Maybe 30 years…
