We don't mock Utah for only winning 10 games. We mock Utah for somehow managing

to stay in the top 10 while losing four games every year. Utah starts so highly ranked they end up staying there almost by default if they have a season that would ordinarily be considered a top 15-25 type season. Which is nothing to sneeze at. But Utah has been consistently starting and finishing overrated the last three-ish years.
