does 60-75 mile rides with 7-8,000 ft of vertical. He'll average 15-17mph on these rides. Pretty crazy for an amateur and to do it 2-3 times per week.
TBF - He raced in his 20s and 30s and is built for it.
Me? I'm a potato on toothpicks.
