I have very little hope for the offense. I don't believe we have a P4-level QB on our roster right now. I don't expect the offensive line issues to get fixed in one offseason. Without an offensive line or a QB, I have very little hope that the offense will be improved over what we saw last year.

I was optimistic that there may be some improvement on the defensive side of the ball and I still am hopeful here. But from the OP it sounds like we have very little depth or talent at LB or in the secondary and in the end injuries are going to make the net result similar to last year.

I am expecting a split with Wyoming (decent hard-nosed team the last few years playing their Super Bowl in Tom Holmoe's worst scheduled series ever) and SMU (great offensive team) and hoping for two Big 12 wins (maybe ASU, Houston, etc) for four wins.
