I also do the frog hip stretch. There is another one I do in a tabletop with one knee on a box and my hands on a bench. The other knee hovers and I just drop and raise the unloaded knee. Hard to explain but it’s done a lot to strengthen my muscles around my fake hip. I also do laying hip thrusts with a belt around my thighs and press my knees out against the strap. Then I do a laying hip thrust while holding a yoga block (or something like it) between my knees while squeezing my knees together.
